Q: How soon will my order arrive?
A: Your order will be processed between 24-48 hours. Depending on the shipping method you choose, in the United States, all CD and DVD orders are shipped by express mail (1-2 business days), priority mail (4-7 business days) or by standard first class mail (7-10 business days, usually faster). Please add an additional 2-3 days for custom orders. Of course, if you order an MP3, you can instantly download the file directly from your shopping cart.
Q: I can’t find my child’s name. What should I do?
A: Try searching the entire list. The name you are looking for may be under a different spelling. For example, there are many different ways to spell Aubrey. It might be listed as Aubrey, Aubrie, Aubry, etc. You can modify the spelling of any name before you purchase. If you are still unable to find the name, you can order a custom name for $10 extra.
Q: I found the correct spelling, but I can’t find the correct pronunciation for my child’s name? What should I do?
A: Be sure to check the phonetic pronunciation. One example is the name Anna. The pronunciation can be “An-uh (long A) or Ah-nuh (short A).” It lists on our site with two different pronunciations and multiple spellings. You can always change the spelling at the time of purchase. Or, if you are downloading an MP3, you can rename the file when saving on your computer. If you are still unable to locate the pronunciation of the child’s name, please contact us for assistance.

Q: I’ve found a pronunciation that is close but not the same name? Can you make a custom CD for my child’s unique name?
Unlike other personalized music products that require a huge investment and studio time for recording unique names, Captain Zoom offers a quick turnaround time for custom names, usually 3-5 days. Please follow the instructions on the custom name order page and we will process your order as quickly as possible.
Q: I’d like my child’s first and middle name on the CD or my child has a double name? What should I do?
A: We can create a custom order for two names or double names on the CD. We can also label the CD however you prefer. Please follow the custom name ordering instructions.
Q: Can I get a CD with half the song for one child and the other half for another child?
A: Yes, we can split a customized name(s) and label the CD however you prefer.
Q: I have twins/triplets. Can you add multiple names in one song?
Yes, we can create a custom order for multiple names on the CD. We can also label the CD however you prefer. Please follow the custom name ordering instructions.
Q: Can I have more than one name on a Name Your Tune CD?
We can include up to three names on a Name Your Tune CD by alternating the songs among the names. This is a great solution for a family to have one CD to enjoy in the car together without having to change the CD on the road. Also great for twins! We also can alternate between names like “Ben” and “Benjamin” or “Charles” and “Charlie” on a CD.
Q: Can I record a new name on a Name Your Tune CD?
At the current time, we cannot record new names for Name Your Tune CDs. Please check the name list of over 4,000 names.
Q: How many names do you have?
A: Captain Zoom has an inventory of over 3,500 names.

Q: My order was damaged in shipping. What should I do?
A: We’ll replace any order that was damaged in shipping. Simply contact us within three days of shipping and we’ll reship the order at no cost to you.
